The World Below

A Connected Universe Forged in Story, Memory, and Suffering
"Beneath every tale ever told lies another waiting to be unearthed."

The World Below is not merely a place—it is a living organism, a vast metaphysical realm where stories are the soil, and suffering is the seed. At its heart, this universe is an ambitious, multi-platform narrative ecosystem connecting over a hundred original stories across film, television, animation, comics, and games.

Imagine a mythos as rich as Tolkien’s Middle-earth, as interconnected as the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and as spiritually haunting as The Sandman or The Dark Tower. The World Below offers a storytelling experience rooted in Afro-mysticism, ancestral memory, mythological horror, science fiction, generational trauma, and cultural futurism—all while remaining deeply grounded in human emotion and identity.

To the unknowing, the World Below is hidden beneath what appears to be a massive, endless cornfield stretching across time and geography. But each stalk is not just a plant—it’s a story that has taken root, and every kernel on that stalk represents a character born from that story. Above the surface is the world as we know it, or think we do. Below the surface lies something ancient, layered, and far more dangerous.

This is where stories go to live, to connect, or to be forgotten. Where characters—heroes, monsters, rebels, lovers, and outlaws—are shaped by the decisions of those who walk the stalks.

The World Below is a sentient realm, shaped by the pain, dreams, secrets, and legacies of the people who contribute to its roots. It is held together by an unspeakable force:

Tarkhûn Gisharu – an ancient, abyssal entity that feeds on stories left untold, suffering unresolved, and fates unmet. It is neither god nor devil, but something more primal—the hunger for narrative, for meaning drawn from misery.

Every tale that enters the World Below is claimed by one of the 12 immortal disciples—each representing a facet of storytelling: tragedy, chaos, survival, history, betrayal, redemption, etc. Their testaments—written as lore books—serve as the scaffolding of the universe, chronicling events across millennia, spanning from pre-Flood civilizations to distant future galactic wars.

Each lore book is curated by one of Tarkhûn Gisharu’s 12 Disciples, ancient keepers of the World Below’s memory. These disciples are not passive observers—they shape, weave, and protect the truths buried in their assigned narratives.

Their collective works form the Tome of the World Below—a codex of humanity's hidden history, reflecting the intersection of folklore, science fiction, ancient prophecy, and alternate reality.

Above ground stands Ticsen, the 13th disciple and the only one who walks among the living. Ticsen’s lone testament, Stories to Tell in a Storm, reveals what happens when the veil between the two worlds thins, and the cornfield appears as sanctuary... or trap.

The World Below is a franchise-ready multiverse, organized not by genre but by era, consequence, and spiritual resonance. Some stories are historical epics; others are urban thrillers, interstellar sagas, horror fables, or satirical comedies. But they all share a secret umbilical cord leading back to the same root: this world beneath our world.

Key eras include:

  • The Primordial Age (10,000 B.C.–9600 B.C.) – The rise and fall of mythic civilizations like Mu and Alteria.

  • The Hidden History Era (1700s–1800s) – Enslaved warriors, mystic towns, and unsung revolutions.

  • The Reclamation Age (1920s–2000s) – The fight to reclaim identity, power, and lineage through hidden cities and cultural resistance.

  • The Corporate Collapse (2020s–2040s) – A techno-spiritual age of clones, AI, and supernatural capitalism.

  • The Diaspora of the Stars (2090s–7000s) – Humanity flees Earth, only to find its myths waiting in the cosmos.

The World Below is designed from the ground up for adaptation, expansion, and audience immersion:

  • 124+ Original Projects already outlined and connected.

  • Multiple Mediums: Film, series, animation, video games, comics, and interactive storytelling.

  • Built-in Franchise Nodes: Character families (like the Miller bloodline), organizations (like COBRAA), or locations (like the B14 Cities) can anchor standalone IPs with spinoff potential.

  • Thematic Depth: Tackles trauma, myth, spirituality, race, identity, and power in culturally grounded, emotionally resonant ways.

  • Visually Distinct Worlds: Each story has its own tone, aesthetic, and voice—but they all “root” into the same universe.

At its heart, The World Below explores one question:

What happens to the stories we forget to tell?

And in that question lies horror, wonder, destiny, and immortality.

This is more than IP. It’s more than another universe. This is a myth engine. A sacred, soul-woven library of lives, dreams, and nightmares that will resonate with global audiences for generations.

We’re inviting you to dig deep, to uncover the story beneath the story.

Welcome to the World Below.
